Who do I contact if I have a question about my order / want to change or cancel my order?

Please write to shop(ät)frocksteady.com - We read every mail that comes to this address and will do our best to respond within 24 hours. If you want info about an order, please give us as many details as possible, i.e: your name, phone number, order number, etc. If you would like to change your order and it has not gone out yet + your new requested item is in stock, the change will be made immediately.

How do I know if the shirt will fit?

The shirts we sell are from many different brands, i.e: Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Continental Clothing, American Apparel, Nakedshirts,Tultex, and all are cut differently. We have provided a size chart for every shirt in the shop although you should bear in mind that small differences in sizes may occur. Please consult the size charts to help insure a proper fit and to help avoid disappointments!
Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Yes, you can indeed. But, seeing that returns are no fun for either of us, we kindly ask you to consult the size chart for the shirt you are ordering BEFORE you order. This will help to insure a proper fit. We will refund your purchase under the following conditions:

1. The goods are returned to us within 30 days of you having received them.

2. We receive the goods back in exactly the same condition they were when they were shipped, i.e.: unwashed and unworn.

Please send the stuff back to us with the original invoice or packing slip as well as a note explaining why you are returning the item. If you have received the wrong item, we will send the correct one out at our own expense. In all other cases, shipping and handling expenses will be applied to the reshipment. Shipping will not be refunded for returned items.

How do you handle backorders?

Not all items are kept in stock forever. If for some reason an item is out of stock, we will email you to inform you of your options.

How soon will my order ship and how long will it be before I receive it?

Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received.

Approximate delivery times:
Within Germany: 3 business days
Within the EU: 1-2 weeks
Elsewhere: 2-4 weeks

Lost package?

Unfortunately, even the fine, qualified postal system loses a package now and again. If you have not received your package, we kindly ask you to let us know within 30 days (60 days for customers outside the EU) of your order date and we will credit your account or reship the item. Notices about undelivered goods received after the above time frames will not be considered for store credit or reshipment!!

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment via credit card, Paypal, Giropay or direct debiting system. Direct debiting is only available for orders within Germany.
